Just how does he do this? Every day, seven new seasonal dishes feature on the menu in the WIESERGUT. And the dessert and breakfast menu seemingly also magically adapt to the seasons. Head chef Andreas Hollin certainly has got what it takes – and continues our philosophy even in the kitchen. Back to the Roots. More of the natural and genuine. Ceramics
Because here you not only eat with your eyes first, but they also join in the feast, all dishes are served on handmade ceramics from Burgenland. In her workshop Petra Lindenbauer crafts exclusive and unique crockery for the WIESERGUT. All different yet harmonising together, without stealing the show from the food.
Ring of fire
Every evening in the courtyard the fire sparkles. In a ring of fire by Swiss sculptor Andreas Reichli, a magical meeting point for everyone emerges. But on request there are also special evenings, in which the ring of fire becomes a barbecue station and our kitchen crew will surprise you with both with tried and tested classics from the grill as well as with new creations.
